Site don t appear on my Dashboard

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with your website not appearing on the Website Dashboard after purchasing Content AI credits. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
2. Visit your Rank Math Account area by going to Rank Math > Account > Website or use this URL: Rank Math Account.
3. Check if your website is listed under the connected websites. If it’s not there, you might need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

To disconnect your account, go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and click on “Disconnect Account.” Here is a visual guide for reference:

After disconnecting, please reconnect your Rank Math account following the steps mentioned earlier. Once done, refresh the Content AI credits by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and clicking on the refresh icon.
