In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins for your staging site in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

I’ve tried installing Rank Math to your staging site, and it went through without any issues. You can check your staging site as Rank Math is already installed.
Do you happen to capture any error messages upon installing Rank Math on your site? You can also check with your web host for your website’s error logs so we can investigate this issue further.

I walked through the site and find issues within the shop.
There are category links on the right sidebar that are not working.
I had the same issue with the products itself, it seems that this time this is not the case. Please try.
So how did you do that? Did you import the Yoast and Redirection Data?

Thank you for the update, and apologies for the delay.
I’ve skipped the import process in the setup wizard and imported them manually when Rank Math is already installed. You can import it in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export option.
However, we have replicated the issue about the categories on your shop page. To further investigate, could you please confirm how are you adding those to your site? Are you using any plugin or your theme is adding that?

The menu comes from the shop plugin wpeasycart into a widget of them in the sidebar.
It is administered directly within the shop module.
There are a few options to repair permalinks, but I tried them all, and they didn’t help.
