Site blocked after RankMath update - Support

Rank Math free

As soon as I update the RankMath extension on my site https://reseauweb.fr/ , the message “Temporary unavailability due to maintenance. Please come back in a moment.” appears and the site becomes inaccessible. I have to put together a backup of the database. (this is a brand new site with no third party plugins)

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on your site. I was able to successfully update the plugin without any issues.

I have rolled back to a previous version of Rank Math so you can check if it’s working for you or not. Please record a screencast using a tool like https://loom.com/ while trying to update the plugin and share it with us if the issue persists. It will help us to understand the issue and assist you better.
