Could you confirm if you’ve added focus keywords to all the posts and updated the posts after adding the keywords?
The SEO score of the posts/pages/CPTs is calculated only when they are published/updated after adding the focus keywords.
This is because all the scripts are based on the tests that Rank Math conducts from within the post editor window and for those scripts to run, the posts should be published/updated.
If the posts are missing the focus keywords, then you can add the keywords to the posts and after making the required optimizations, update the posts to reflect their data on the site analytics tab.
