Since the Rank Math update from today Make Theme no more working

  • I have been in the middle of working on my Website (immi.de) and suddenly (while I was doing something else for a minute) the Rank Math update was executed. I received an email about this. But then going back to my Computer to continue the updates on my Website I suddenly realized that my Thema “Page builder” (Make from thethemefoundry.com) is no more working. in Fact the Page Builder elements are completely empty and any update of the Webpage is impossible :-(.

    Can you pls. help?

    Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Can you please disable both Rank Math and your page builder theme/plugin.

    Then, enable them once again. If that doesn’t work, please reinstall Rank Math.

    If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hi, I had done a rollback of RankMath and everything worked again. Than I had disabled the automatic update however for whatever reason the automatic update did run again and I am again having the issue.
    i have added your user ID so that you could check. Again with he role back of RankMath it was all working again but with the new release it does not .

    You have not added a password in the sensitive data section. I tried password reset but I am not getting any email about that on support@rankmath.com

    Hi, ok. thank you. I have now generated a different login.
    The plugin you suggested didn’t work (probably because I have a multisite).
    Nevertheless. with the new user name an PW you should be able to login.
    As I said a rollback would fix it … but I think the new releases should work as well?

    With the access you provided in the Sensitive Data Section, I couldn’t deactivate the Rank Math plugin. Please give us admin access so we could deactivate the Rank Math plugin and install the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot the issue. Also, please add a link to the page where you see the issue.
