Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please check if you’re already using Rank Math’s latest version? If so, please head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status tab > then click Rank Math and ensure that the Database Tables are created like this:
If they are not created, switch the tabs from System Status to Database Tools and click the Re-create Tables
button
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/
If the tables are already created, please check this guide to troubleshoot redirection issues:
https://rankmath.com/kb/solving-redirection-issues-using-rank-math-seo/
I hope that helps.
Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi, Thanks for the reply. The tables are created. I’ve also already gone through that help article and wasn’t able to find a solution for this problem. I’ve tried enabling debug mode but am not seeing the interstitial that is supposed to display on-screen during the redirect. Any other ideas on how to solve this?
Hello,
Thank you for that information.
Upon further checking, it seems that the .html
URL is still working. Also, I’m assuming that there’s a separate folder in your website’s root directory named alpine-orthopedic-and-spine
, that’s why the redirect on your main site doesn’t work.
It seems that the site in the subfolder is getting prioritized since it’s still up and running. Could you please check if that’s the case?
Looking forward to your update.
Thank you.
Yes, that is correct. The old website is a static html site that lives in the alpine-orthopedic-and-spine
directory.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
You can simply use this code and add it to your ime.html file header section.
Paste it after <head>
tag.
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=https://alpineorthospine.com/ime" />
Looking forward to helping you.
Ok. I have several static html pages like this that I’m redirecting to WordPress pages. Would I need to add the code to all of those html pages?
Thanks!
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
You can add them to your .html
pages for the redirects to work.
However, if you have already setup all the redirects for the pages, you can simply delete (at least rename) the alpine-orthopedic-and-spine
folder since I’m assuming that site would not be accessible anymore.
I hope that helps.
Thank you, and looking forward to helping you.
