Please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action, go to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.
You can check the progress at Rank Math > Analytics.

No,i am checked for WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending. But there is no “scheduled actions” options on my tools section.

The scheduled actions can be under some plugins’ Tools section. For example, if you have the WP Forms or WP Mail SMTP there will be a Tools section under those plugins with the scheduled actions there. You can run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action from the pending tab.
