Please navigate to Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts > Description > Add the below code there and save the changes.

Tried adding the tag in the post description area. Still showing N/A in the SEO score. Could you tell me what else might be wrong here?

Looks like an issue with your trendy extensions plugin. You can see the score working fine when that plugin is disabled:
