On my homepage which I worked on the SEO to get it to 93 and I noticed that when looking at the pages section where it shows all my pages the number for the homepage is showing 89. I hit edit on the homepage and it shows 93 in the Rank Math section, but when I go back to the pages list in WP it shows 89. I think I found a bug. I tried disabling all plugins, clearing all caches, etc… and nothing seems to get the numbers to report the same number on both. I only moved a picture down the page a bit, but other than that nothing has been changed or added.

Are you using a page builder on your site? Please note that content analysis can appear different if you are using a page builder on your site.
If you are not using any, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include the affected URLs, your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
