Show original URL after redirect

    Hi there

    My main page is 7kontinente.com. I also use the domain saraandigor.com, but only to redirect it to the main URL 7kontinente.com. Now I created the redirection, but how is it possible that after user use the saraandigor.com domain, they see only the 7kontinente.com domain in their browser?

    I had this working on other websites with different redirect plugins, but searching for that function with yours.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    You need to have a separate WP installation on your saraandigor.com domain to make it work.

    Login to saraandigor.com WP area and go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Redirections.

    Add a redirect like this:

    Make sure to activate the redirect after you are done.

    Thank you for the response. There is no separate page for saraandigor, so I can’t log in there. So this is not possible in that case, right?
    But does the redirection still works and I am not anyhow fouled by Google now?

    If the redirection does not work then you might lose some page rank.

    I don’t know if it’s not “working”.

    Original URL for a category if for example: 7kontinente.com/europa. If you go to saraandigor.com/europa you will get tot the same page, but the URL in the browser will stay saraandigor.com/europa. So that means it is not working correctly, right? Otherwise it would need to show the original URL 7kontinente.com/europa.

    Do I understand this correctly?

    So that means that the redirection works or not?

    Hi Igor,

    Yes, that is correct. It means that the redirect is not working.

    As I mentioned previously, the redirect will only work if you have WP installation with Rank Math on saraandigor.com and you create a redirect like this:
    null
