Should I edit .htaccess Files for 301 redirection?

I am using 301 redirections from Cloudflare, not from .htaccess Files. So should I change the
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(.\*)$ http://example.com/$1 [L,R=301] in the .htaccess File.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

If your site’s already redirecting to the HTTPS version, no need to edit the .htaccess through Rank Math.

Also, Rank Math’s redirections are not saved in the .htacess files, as they are saved in your website’s database.
