Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:
If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
I am still short 16 credits over what I paid for. I am re-ordering because I am out. I expect those credits to be sent to me.
Could some of those credits have been sent to https://goldcoastflood.com? I would not think that dividing a credit order would be a very good thing for me or RankMath.
Hello,
What we see in our system is that this account has used 72 credits at the moment from the 105 credits assigned to your account and those can be from when the website was connected to a different account or subscription.
We had to implement this system to protect ourselves but we’ve gone ahead and added 16 additional credits to your account to mitigate this issue.
And you can use the credits on all the websites that are connected to your account. However, the option to set a limit of how many credits can be used on a site is only available in the Business and Agency subscription.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
