Shop manager can no longer add focus keyword

  • Since the last RankMath update, free version my Shop Manager can no longer add/edit the focus keyword of a new product he adds to the store. Only me as Administrator can add/edit the focus keyword.

    Update.
    The problem exists only when he duplicates a product and tries to change the focus keyword.
    When he creates a new product he can add the focus keyword as expected

    I created a temp admin account with this email but i cannot use the same email for a shop manager account at the same time. Can you give a second one? Or when you finish your tasks with admin account tell me to change it to shop manager

    When we tried to access the route used to update the metadata logged in as the shop manager we were greeted with the following screen:
    403 error

    This indicates that the user in question doesn’t have access to the route and you need to whitelist this for all users.

    If i understand correctly by your answer you have problem connecting to the site, more specifically to the product page using the Shop Manager Temp Account? I just tried to connect with that link and it works just fine.

    can you give more info about what you tried to do and you got that error?

    Sorry for not being clear enough lat time.

    We can access the website just fine but when the plugin tries to update the metadata that is not working for that user we call a route that is throwing that error.

    The route in questions is the following: https://yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user

    You need to make sure that all users on your installation have access to this route otherwise the update won’t work.
