    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    1. Could you please try using an image of recommended dimensions 1200px X 630px?

After changing the image, clear the website cache and check the page with Facebook Sharing Debugger.

    2. The final URL of your website is with a trailing slash, which is why it is indexed and the URL without the trailing slash is not indexed.

There is nothing to be worried about this, the URLs are redirected to the trailing slash version of the URL.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

There is no fixed size of images I upload to a post as a Featured image. It could be sometimes 1200*800px, and sometimes 1024*715px (Not fixed to 1200px X 630px).

Is there any mechanism to resize these to 1200px X 630 on the fly? Using rank math or another? Any help will be welcomed!

I’ve resized the image with the help of the plugin TinyPNG- JPEG to 1200*630, but still not showing in FB share..?

    Is there admin help

    Hello,

I’ve checked the og:image tag, and the image resolution is 945 x 630.

Please update the image resolution as close as the recommended 1200 x 630. Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again using Facebook Debugger Tool.

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hi,

I can’t share WordPress logins. Can you pls write down the necessary steps for debugging for checking out?

Like settings > Media setting (Sizes of thumbnail etc…) RankMath settings….

    Is 1200*630 right or 1200*623?

Also the hotlink protection is on.

I’ve removed Hot link protection from both side, the server and cloudflare! Problem still persists.

    Invalid Image Content Type
Provided og:image URL, https://mywebsitehere.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/think-write-and-share-webpagespots-com.png could not be processed as an image because it has an invalid content type.

    Hello,

I tried to check the set og:image but it returned a 403 Forbidden error. Please have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

It seems like the access is blocked directly from the server. In any case, please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the images and other content of the website are accessible.

Once done, clear your website and browser’s cache and test the page again to see if the issue gets fixed.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.
