    Hello,

I am trying to go through the Setup Wizzard to connect Google Services, but I don’t see my website: filmmakeralley.com in the “Search Console” dropdown. I’ve tried reconnecting a few times and nothing happens.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the Setup Wizard. It seems that you are encountering an issue with connecting Google Services and not finding your website in the “Search Console” dropdown.

To resolve this, please ensure that you have followed the steps to reconnect your Rank Math account as shown in the following screenshot:

    Disconnect Rank Math account

After disconnecting, click “Connect Now” and select the applicable license from the dropdown. Once done, click “OK, ACTIVATE NOW” as shown in the screenshot:

    Activate Rank Math PRO subscription

Additionally, make sure to set your site to index by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Reading and deselecting “Search engine visibility,” then clicking “Save Changes.”

If you have previously verified your staging site on Google Search Console, you will need to re-verify it using the URL of the live site. If you haven’t previously verified your site, you should do so using the URL of the live site. You can refer to this guide on verifying your site on Google.

If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Also, if possible, please add the following email addresses to Google Search Console:

    m*******@r***********
    j******@r***********

You can follow this guide for that: https://rankmath.com/kb/add-user-to-google-search-console/

We really look forward to helping you.
