Setup Wizard doesn't work on Multisite

    Hi RankMath team,

    I posted a question on facebook:

    I checked cURL, everything is fine. I use Duplicator which uses cURL also and it works well. So I think the problem is not about cURL.

    A short script what problem I have now:

    Firstly, I installed RankMath on a fresh install Multisite page. After activing RankMath, it showed page “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I came back to the Dashboard and clicked Setup Wizard and once again, that page showed again. I tried many time to access but I couldn’t. I removed and reinstalled RankMath and the problem was still the same.

    So I removed all files of the website, installed a new fresh WordPress. This time I didn’t use Multisite. I installed RankMath and it worked as charm without any problem. After setting up everything for RankMath, I actived Multisite and sadly the problem “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” happened again. It happened anytime I active multisite and on all pages on the system.

    So I think there is something happened between Multisite and RankMath.

    Please spend some minute to check in my case.

    By the way, to make it more clear, the problem appear when I click Setup Wizard on all page of multisite system, the rest of RankMath works normal.

    I attempted to add to a multi site and experienced the same issue / messages.

    When I click Start Wizard site goes into the “white screen”. I have installed the plugin twice. Unsuccessfully. I have multisite. Deactivating the plugin restores the site. Reinstall WordPress not required.

    Ooops,
    I just found out another problem is Sitemap Settings doesn’t work on Multisite for Post and Custom post type.
    Link of Post sitemap will lead to HTTP ERROR 500 page
    And link of Custom Post Type sitemap will be notice “This page doesn’t seem to exist”

    It seems like some other issue not related to the Rank Math plugin since we are also running a multisite and everything seems to be working just fine:

    Can you please get us the error logs from your server so we can check further?

    Also, in the meantime, please run the following health check:
    https://community.mythemeshop.com/tutorials/article/52-confirming-a-plugin-conflict/

    This won’t affect your visitors/users. Please disable every plugin and switch to the default theme. Clear your browser cache and Sitemap’s cache by hard refreshing the page and see if that works fine.

    Then start activating the theme and the plugins one by one to find out the culprit.
