    I made a purchase of the Content AI Starter.
    Problem don’t see where to or how to add it to start using it.
    I also continue to see prompts to upgrade to the Pro plan. Why?

    I started with the free plan and thought I was upgrading.

    The plan you have purchased is the Content AI plan which is different from our PRO plan.

    After that, if you don’t want to keep your Content AI plan, please revert back to us here so we can refund it for you.
