Setting Option Missing on site

    Greetings. I have 5 sites using Rank Math. Normally the sidebar shows 4 options (allgemein – erweitert – schema -social .. i guess in english it would be general – special …) – but on one site, the “erweitert” (the suitcase) is missing – how come?

    The screenshots you have shared seem not related to the options you are mentioning on the Rank Math sidebar. Are you using a page builder for that site? You can also record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hello,

    The screenshots you shared are not related to the Rank Math options displayed in the menu.

    Please note that some options are only available when you enable Advanced Mode in Rank Math dashboard:
    advanced mode

    You will then get advanced modules/options that you can enable/disable from the Rank Math dashboard.

    I don’t know what happened and what changed in the settings, but now the rank math sidebar is showing the missing options again.

    We are glad that your issue is resolved. The options that were missing, are only available in the Advanced Mode of Rank Math. You must have enabled it and that’s why the options are available again.
