Setting Canonical URLs in Rank Math failure

    Hello,
Today I set up Canonical on the website, and it has been successfully displayed in wordpress, but I checked the webpage code and checked it with https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/, but the setting was not successful.

The website does not have any plug-ins installed, and the theme is the default theme.

    Thank you

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

That page is currently set to noindex and when that happens we remove the canonical tag since it’s no longer necessary.

If you switch the page to index you should see the canonical back again.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
