To set up SEO fro videos, you could add the Video Scheme in your video posts, just like I show you in the following screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/BP3J7L
This might also help you to show your posts as a video post in the Google Videos tab (it depends on Google, but adding the Video Schema helps).
About adding a video sitemap, it is a feature we are working on and we hope to provide it in future updates.
