    The original question here:[https://www.facebook.com/groups/rankmathseopluginwordpress/permalink/414449249427407/]
Here is something confuse me , I’ve set the Separator as [|] via “SEO Settings/Breadcrumbs/Separator Character” and “SEO Titles & Meta/Global Meta/Separator Character” in Rank Math options.

The sitename has been set as [MiriamMibao] via “SEO Titles & Meta/Local SEO/Name”.

The Site Title has been set as [MiriaMMibao] via “wp dashboard/settings/general/Site Title”

Once I searched in Google , I found the Separator Character and Site Title after post title have been turned as [-][溫唯] in Google search results.

Here’s one of the influenced links.
that title with[|] in [https://i.rankmath.com/IrbgUE?fbclid=IwAR0qV24vkf_fYXB14cU00oO88i_XpzUNUo8cwetWN1mEwqw9p3RYhkrRoj4] is which I added manually for each post, not set with seo meta [sep].

I have no idea where I can adjust or revise to make them as what I set with Rank Math options.

    Thanks in advanced.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I cannot see the difference in title between what you have set and how this looks on the SERP. This is how the affected page looks :
    IMG

Please let me know what I am missing.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Besides,I’ve chose the separator as [|] via “SEO Settings/Breadcrumbs/Separator Character” and “SEO Titles & Meta/Global Meta/Separator Character” in Rank Math options.

If the post title is with separator and sitename , it should be

    not

I have no idea how [-溫唯] appears in SERP.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the additional information.

This should not cause any worry. Google sometimes does not honor your titles and displays them as per their will.

You can go through this post on Google Search Console support section.

Specifically, you might want to check the title Why the search result title might differ from the page's <title> tag

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

Here is I search [site:miriammibao.com],I found there are 3 types of seo posts in SERP.
