  • Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    asking for logins

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

We are so sorry but we are getting this issue when trying to login:

Please provide one of the backup codes so we can login and check the issue.

    Yes, additional authorization is included.
I saw that someone came, but there were no reports of work.
    Access will be returned.

    HI Gemuz,

    Thanks for the follow up.

This replacement variable is designed to work on archive pages.
I have set %title% %sep% %sitename% variable for this page as a temporary replacement.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

    Where did you put it?
    When will it be fixed?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the question.

I have added this code to the page your shared on the sensitive data section ie

This has been reported to our development team and we will be getting back to you in a short while.

We appreciate your patience. Thank you.

I checked the settings for the pages / manual /, but there were no changes.
    I had to add %sitename%.
It’s not scary, waiting for a solution.

I was going through your pages and seems like you are using some sort of plugin to customize those.

Just wondering, have you already tried looking for a plugin conflict?

Would you like us to check the conflict for you?

Just so we are on the same page, the pagination pages like /page/2/ are not showing Page 2 of X in the title, correct?

    Thank you.

    WPBakery Page Builder Version 6.0.2
    This plugin creates these pages.
You do not have compatibility with this plugin?

As I wrote in the last post, a plugin is used to generate the list (WPBakery Page Builder Version 6.0.2). In the conflict search mode I can not make it active.

    This is not an issue.

The %page% uses the query_var(‘page’) value. On your page, the query_var is not set. Your theme is using WP loop to show posts list on a custom page.

The %page% variable will not work there.

Could you please confirm if this is working if you use any other plugin temporarily?

Todd, Yes, this is done by my template.
I can contact support, clarify details. What exactly do you need to ask?

Apply a different plugin is not yet possible.

You can send the support this ticket URL and they should be able to help you from the information provided in this ticket already.

    Thank you.

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
