As I wrote in the last post, a plugin is used to generate the list (WPBakery Page Builder Version 6.0.2). In the conflict search mode I can not make it active.

This is not an issue.
The %page% uses the query_var(‘page’) value. On your page, the query_var is not set. Your theme is using WP loop to show posts list on a custom page.
The %page% variable will not work there.
Could you please confirm if this is working if you use any other plugin temporarily?
