SEO section in Elementor don't appear - Support

Hello,

I currently have the problem that the SEO section in Elementor doesn’t appear.
Some people already had this problem but I can’t fix it with the requested solutions I found in the forum.
I just have installed the plugins Elementor and Elementor Pro, Rank Math SEO and the Health Check plugin. I am using Generate Press as a theme.
Every plugin is at the latest version, I tried to change the theme, and reinstall Rank Math SEO but nothing worked.
Do you have any idea to solve the problem?

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I checked your site and created a test post but I could not replicate this issue, please check the screencast in the sensitive section.

Is there any specific age affected?

Would please use a tool such as https://www.loom.com to create a screencast of the issue and share this in the sensitive section?

I think the problem is that Rank Math is not detecting the text and pictures i insert in the templets I created in Elementor. Is there a way to enable the templates so Rank Math SEO can detect my content?

Hello,

if found the problem. I did a mistake when crating the templates. I put the content directly into the template. (obviously a beginner Mistake)
After I put the content into the WP Side and click the button “edit with elementor” the SEO section is now visible.
