    2. While trying to edit, I am taken to a 404 page.

    I can go to the edit screen by clicking on “backend editor” in WPBakery.

    When I am there, I can see the score as 68. It is consistent on multiple refreshes.

    Let me know how we can replicate the different score issue. If it is happening on your end and for this post/product only – I think there might be some issue with it. Please delete the product and create a fresh one from the data.

    I have created a video showing the issue and how to reproduce the same. Is there a way I can attach it or an email address to send to?

    The error can be reproduced by logging into the adming from the details shared earlier and then searching the product. If I can share the video it would be more clear. Regards.

    I have added the link. If you still get 404 error please try in a different browser. I also added keyword to another product (on main website) and still getting same error.

    The score keeps on changing even though nothing is changed. Regards.

    I see the issue on your site but I couldn’t reproduce it on my setup.

    It looks like there is a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using that is breaking the content analysis logic on the page. To determine that, can you please follow this troubleshooting guide?

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting. Please let us know if you find anything.

    Please find the new video link attached in the private info section. As you can check default theme is activated and only 2 plugins woocommerce and rankmath are activated still there is issue.

    1.) Please confirm if you are able to reproduce the issue at your end because I am able to reproduce on both firefox and chrome?

    2.) Does the change in score also affect seo in any way or just that with wrong score it would provide wrong reference?

    No, the change in score will not affect the site SEO in anyway.

    I am trying to reproduce this issue on my setup but I couldn’t. Can you add your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section so we could check the issue by editing some files?
