The analyzer checks only the page you enter, not all the pages on the website so if you enter your domain name, it checked the homepage and there are the 20 H2 Tags.
About the plugins being visible, you can use some plugin like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/hide-my-wp/ to hide to visitors you are using WordPress.

Great thank you for that! Just have another question. I have an errormessage regarding minified files, and this is how I can fix it, see below. But my question is-how do I find out where un-minified Javascript files are coming from?

JavaScript files appear in many places, including frameworks (like Bootstrap), themes and templates, and third-party plugins.
So you should track down where the culprit (un-minified) JavaScript files come from. For instance, if the un-minified JavaScript lives inside a third party plugin, you can minify it. But when you update the plugin to a new version, the JavaScript files will need to be compressed again.
There are server-side tools (including WordPress plugins) to automatically minify JavaScript files.

What is the error message you get about the minified files? Every un-minified files are on their plugins/theme folders. The minified files are usually inside a cache folder in the cache plugin.

Keep in mind those messages are just guidelines and sometimes you don’t have to fulfill all of them. For example, in this case. jQuery is a javascript library that is recommended to never minify (so that is why maybe your caching plugin didn’t minify it).
