For initial troubleshooting, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:

If the scores are saving but the tests are not getting cleared, could you please confirm if you’re using a page builder on your site? If so, please share the name of the builder so we can check.
