I see the issue on your site but I couldn’t reproduce it on my setup. Can you please add your site’s FTP access details in the Sensitive data section so we can debug this issue by editing some plugin files?

I further debugged the issue and it looks like something on your server is blocking the Rest calls. All the REST request on your site is showing 404 error. Please contact your hosting team to confirm the REST is enabled and it is not blocked by some Firewall settings.

I have talked with my hosting provider developers and they have checked it and from their part all looks good,
here is what they wrote:
( We reproduced the problem and checked the logs, but no errors were found. There is also no blocking from the server firewall.
Scripts are developed for plugins individually, so we cannot diagnose the code. We recommend contacting the plugin developer for additional diagnostics.
In the event that you need to adjust the server settings, then let the developer indicate which ones. )

I have installed to admin panel CPANEL FILE MANAGER from FTP, you can check it out from there as well from the dashboard at the end of it on left side

Sorry for not following up quickly. If Rest routes are not blocked by your server then the rules you have in your htaccess file could be causing this issue. Please keep the backup of your htaccess file and delete it from your server. Then from the WordPress dashboard, update the Permalinks and check again.
If that too doesn’t fix the issue, then please add your site’s FTP access details in the Sensitive data section.

it happened after updating a plugin, all was working good before update, can undo back last update of plugin ? what do you think ?

In v1.0.69, we changed the metabox integration from PHP to React in order to improve the plugin performance. So now, all the metabox data is added & updated using Javascript/React and REST.
Did you try deleting the htaccess file which I mentioned in the previous reply?
