Although there is no direct import option, you can use Yoast to import the data from SEOPress into Yoast and then import the data from Yoast into Rank Math.
We know this isn’t ideal but it works until we create our own import tools.

There is no import option for SEO Press. I’ve tried this! There is SEO Pressor but not SEO Press.

As a workaround, you could install this plugin migrate to Yoast data which will then adapt the date in a format that can be imported by our plugin.

That doesn’t work either and this isn’t a work around. This has nothing to do with the date format.
There is no way I can see to export the data from SEOPRESS to Rankmath or Yoast.

We are really sorry but there is no 100% workaround for importing SEOPress into Rank Math.
You can try the plugin my colleague recommended but if it doesn’t work – that’s a bummer.
We will see about creating an import option in the future.

Sorry to disappoint but we do not offer importing function from any other plugin but Yoast & All In One SEO to keep the Rank Math plugin lightweight.
Not sure if any other plugin offers that.
We might introduce it in the future but for now, there is no easy way to do it.
