After checking it, it seems you get the following errors when trying to save:

api-fetch.min.js :2 POST https://www.buy*******ine.in/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user 403

Those errors usually are caused when something is blocking access to the WordPress API REST.

Since you already tried for plugin conflicts and even with everything disabled, it still doesn’t work, I would recommend contacting your hosting support, to check if something is blocking the WordPress API REST.
