  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

You can edit the SEO title of your homepage from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage. Please refer to the following article for detailed instructions: https://rankmath.com/kb/homepage-meta-title-and-description/

You can edit the title and description of other post types(posts/pages/products) from the post types section of the Titles & Meta settings:
    https://i.rankmath.com/KLdIV8

After editing the SEO title of your posts and pages, you will have to wait for Google to identify the changes and reflect them in the search results.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Correct me if I am wrong, but what you said is how to change the default SEO title. I am talking about Rank Math adding the %sep% %stitetitle% even after we have changed the default seo title.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

I’ve checked the URL you have provided, and it seems that it is already showing the correct meta title. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

You can also verify it using this tool.

Showing the title on search results will vary on the search term you’re using. From your screenshot, you have used halu.travel nephele.

Here is an example showing Google changes title depending on the keyword used:
    description
    &
    description 2

Google has also made various suggestions with regard to how to avoid meta description rewrites. You can check this link for your reference.

The best you can do is optimize your meta tags to try and match the intent of the search/keyword.

    I hope that helps.

Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
