Google changes the snippet based on the searched keywords to match the search intent better. For example, if a post on your website discusses different features of WordPress and a user searched for a specific feature, then Google would automatically overwrite your post’s meta description and display the content from the section that discusses the searched feature.

Unfortunately, the answer is No. Google uses several algorithms to match the user’s search intent.
Also, this helps in attracting more traffic and improves the overall CTR of the websites, as the users see related content on the search result pages.
