We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your Website’s URL & WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math again.
In most cases, this issue occurs when Elementor displays real shortcodes. You seem to have created your page here using Elementor as well. Unlike the Gunternburg/Classic editor which does not show the shortcode content. This causes a difference in the content that is evaluated and thus the difference in the SEO score.
Elementor will use shortcodes to display the data, this might not be directly visible but it is what is causing the scores not to be precise and thus show these warnings. Could you have tried checking to see if the score is a little bit more accurate on the Elementor builder instead of the post editor section?
Most pages built on Elementor or any page builder that renders shortcodes, will not reflect the same score with one with the content on the WordPress editors due to this reason.
You should always follow one editor’s score, plus, these scores are just guidelines, it doesn’t affect the page ranking. Thus if you are adding your content through Elementor, I’d recommend using the score on the Elementor edit page and the same case applies to WordPress editors.

Your temporary login link on the sensitive data section seems to have expired as I was not able to access it. Upon checking your site, I have noticed that you are using a template and not a custom page while editing with Elementor. This is the reason why it is not showing as an SEO tab there. Rank Math will display the SEO details when a page is edited with Elementor but not a template. I would recommend editing the page with Elementor without using a template here.
Also noticed that sometimes your SEO score does not display on the WP editor, this may be caused by a plugin/theme conflict. Firstly noted the caching plugin could be a culprit of this.
