    Rank Math free

    Hi there,

I recently ran the SEO analyzer and it came back with the following errors:

    – Some Opengraph meta tags are missing.
    – No Schema.org data found on your page.

For both of the above, under ‘how to fix it’ it states that Rank Math WordPress plugin provides an easy solution to these. Could you please advise how as I have been using Rank Math for over 5 months now and I cannot figure it out.

My report also says that some CSS files don’t seem to be minified and it suggested downloading the W3 Total Cache plugin. I have followed these instructions and downloaded and activated the plugin, however it still says I have a problem.

Could you please offer any guidance on the above?

    Many thanks,
    Sarah

  • Hello Sarah,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please share your site URL so we can test from our end. You can also use our external tool to test all the same: https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

If the issues are not reflected in the external tool, it is likely the data shown on your site is from your cache. Please clear your cache; head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and flush SEO analysis data then Start analysis on your site again.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Thanks Brian – in fact I used the external SEO analyser and it was that giving me those errors.

    My website is https://dukesavenue.com

    Hello,

The opengraph meta and schema would be automatically added by Rank math but in your case I noticed the site you shared doesn’t seem to have Rank math enabled. Please let us know when you have enabled Rank math and if you still face the same issues.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Thanks Michael, also apologies I got your name wrong!! Rank Math has been enabled on my site for months and I use it daily so now I’m getting a bit confused that you say it is not enabled. I’ve just run through the set up again and everything seems fine. Could you please advise? I’ve also just re-run the test again and I am getting the same errors.

Hi, has there been any update on this?

    Hi,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
