I have run the analysis a few more times but still only have the 12 tests.
I contacted my host thinking it may be something from their end but they came back saying:
“No API connection needs to be allowed from our end.”

Can you please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
Ensure that your plugin is connected to your account.
Try to disconnect and connect it again if it isn’t.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Plugin was connected to site. I deactivated it. I then followed to ‘Activate Now’ button and it took me to a ‘Page Not Found’.

As mentioned by my colleague, it looks like your server is blocking the request from our SEO Analysis API server. Please whitelist requests from the following IP:
104.20.193.153
That should fix the issue. If you don’t know how to do that, please contact your hosting provider.

I have taken a closer look at this issue and all I see is that our server is unable to fetch the homepage of your site – the request keeps timing out without any response, even if I try to increase the timeout limit to 30 seconds. When I open your site in a browser, I can see that it is loading fairly quickly, so the issue is specific to the request made by our server. I’m almost sure it is related to the firewall or some kind of security feature on your server.
If it’s not the IP that is being blocked, it might be the user-agent sent by our server along with the request. Please ask your hosting provider if the following user-agent is blocked or not:
RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com
Please also ask if there’s any other feature on the server that might be causing the timeout issue.
