Hi Todd,
Thank you for fixing the issue.
Can you please share the problem description. Why this happened suddenly without any plugin update?
And what changes were done to fix this?

I am having the same problem. It was doing it last night so I thought I would wait until this morning and your response to Deepak. Now, it does not show http 500 error but a blank screen within wordpress when I click on SEO Analysis within the side dashboard. Please help
Thanks
Rodney

Hi team,
Due to some problem I had to restore my page to older database, plugins etc and now the problem has comeback.
Can someone please explain the cause of the problem. Without doing any updates to the plugin why are we getting this error?
How can this be fixed?
Hello,
The SEO Analyzer in the latest version is not working and is a known issue:
https://rankmath.com/changelog/#known-issues
We have fixed the issue internally and the same will be added to the plugin in an upcoming update.
We seek your patience and understanding in this matter.
Thank you.
What is the status of this now? I am on the latest version of the plugin but the SEO analysis has just stopped working today.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We are still looking into this and we will give you an update once we recieve word from our development team.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this. Thank you.

Hi James,
Thanks for getting in touch today.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please open a new support ticket and edit the first post and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hi James,
I wanted to add that you must create your own ticket so you can add the sensitive data to the ticket.
We look forward to helping you.
Hello,
Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.
If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.
Thank you.
