When I try and do an SEO analysis for my website the following message shows up. It has been showing this for quite a few days now.
503 Sevice Unavailable. This server is temporarily busy. Try again later.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

You can fix this issue by deleting the “rankmath_seo_anlaysis_results” entry from your options table within your database. Here is an example of this:

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Thanks for your response. However I am unsure how to access my rank math database in order to delete the seo analysis results?

    Hi Carolyn,

    Thanks for the response.

You can login to your site via cPanel to be able to access the database via the phpMyAdmin module.
We would be happy to help in this if you can share some temporary admin access. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Are you able to just send me the instructions so I can follow them? IM not sure where the cpanel is or the phpMyAdmin?

    Hey Michael Davis
In my database there is no “rank_math_seo_analysis_result” table instead of that there is “wp_rank_math_sc_analytics” so What should I do.

    Hi @sales12,

    Thanks for the question.

You can install the following plugin that helps to browse your database from your WP backend: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-phpmyadmin-extension/
    – Follow the on screen instructions and once you are logged in to your database, please open your options table. This may have a custom prefix but the default name is wp_options.
    – Scroll the rows of entries in all the pages and look out for the “rankmath_seo_analysis_results” entry and delete it.

    @unofficialsgroup
please look for this entry in the options table, the “rankmath_seo_analysis_results” entry will be located in it. Please be sure to check all the pages. By default this will only list 25 rows.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

Out of 46 tables, I didn’t find any “rankmath_seo_analysis_results” in my database table instead of that I am able to see “wp_rank_math_sc_analytics”

If you want I can send you a screenshot but Here in the reply section, I can not add the image.

    Hi @unofficialsgroup

Thanks for getting back to us.

Could you please open a new ticket and share the images as links on the sensitive data section. I would also be happy to take a look at this for you if you can include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
