    i have checked with hosting provider they say there is no ip is blocked and everything is fine

    It is not just Rank Math but this 3rd party is showing that you have an issue with your website too:

    Your website has to show a 200 OK status for Rank Math’s SEO Analysis to work. Moreover, you will face issues with crawling and other tools as well if you do not fix that issue with your website.

    Once your website shows a 200 OK status, the Rank Math SEO Analysis tool will work fine.
