Thank you for quick response. Yes I have already done what you have suggested several times including clearing browser caches and even reinstalling Rank Math.
Several people had this problem. Is this a bug. I m not doing anything crazy, it is basic website for a client and a perfect opportunity to test your plugin.

Thank you for providing the login access.
I went ahead and cleared the transients and the SEO Analysis data. I also purge your website cache before running the SEO Analysis again.
After I re-run the SEO Analysis the updated h1 tag and SEO description has been reflected on the tests. Please refer to my screenshot here:

Yes it updated. I tired to re-do the SEO description on the home page to test if the process works on my end and I still have the same issues. I followed your steps and it did another update of my SEO description. I did some extra SEO like minified CSS.
In Chrome:
1.I cleared the browser cache
2.Then cleared the transients and the SEO Analysis data.
3.Purged my website cache
4. Ran the SEO Analysis again.
It did not work on my end. NO UPDATES
I am doing exactly what you are doing.
Any advice?
I just did it again and now it worked.
Very strange. Will keep you posted over the next day or so.

It could be that your page is heavily cached. Could you please follow the steps I made here again?
If that resolves it then, it could be your caching plugin that is preventing Rank Math from always picking up the updated meta description details.
