    The External/Online SEO Analyzer tool is slightly different from the internal SEO Analyzer. The Internal SEO Analyzer tests some additional Parameters whereas the External Analyzer mainly depends on the website’s source for the analysis.

    For example, Focus Keywords are not added to the website’s source, so it is not possible for the External Analyzer to analyze the page for a focus keyword. But the Internal Analyzer can easily detect the Focus Keywords and thus process the tests accordingly.

    So, it is not appropriate to compare the SEO score of the Internal SEO Analyzer and the External Analyzer as in most cases, they will differ.

    However, If you think that the internal SEO Analyzer is not giving appropriate data, then please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard and Enable the advanced mode. https://i.rankmath.com/WOrWW2

    Next, navigate over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tools and click on the Clear SEO Analytics button and Remove Transients button and run the SEO Analysis again, this should get you fresh SEO Analysis results. https://i.rankmath.com/qTgy7j

    I did all of this…as I search the web before reaching out to you…. SAME ISSUE….
    Since I have read multiple versions of this issue from other users and this same COOKIE CUTTER FIX for all of them I am assuming that you don’t care…..

    I will just go back to YOAST and you all can piss off.

    This seems to be a problem experienced by many of your users — myself included. I have followed your instructions from above without success.

    What fix do you implement when people send you their sensitive details? This issue is being resolved, just not using the method you suggest. How do I force the analyzer to refresh its analysis? In my case, the SEO Description is not reflecting the latest; the h1 tag; the image ALT attributes; even the Mobile Snapshot is not refreshing to the current version of the site. Help please!

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    There are two kinds of caches that could be causing the results to not update. One of them is the SEO Analysis cache that we ask the user to remove by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools.

    However, on top of that, we need to take your browser cache/cookies into account as well. So, to make sure that is not influencing the results you should also clear your browser cache/cookies before running the SEO Analysis again on your website.

    Hi – thanks for your reply, however it is still persisting. I, again, followed your instructions: WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools; followed by these instructions: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache; ran the Analysis again and it still has not fully updated. The most obvious is the Mobile Snapshot – it reflects an old headline, before optimizing using Rank Math’s recommended changes.

    Any other recommendations are welcome.

    That Firefox tutorial only mentions cache, did you also delete all the cookies and site data? If you still can’t see a difference please try the steps in a different browser or in incognito mode to bypass any cache/cookies.

    I have tried your *everything* and it is still not working.

    Help. (And because I followed all the steps, my coherent reply that included good information about my situation was discarded upon submit because my login had been cleared out when I cleared all my site data … Not cool.)
