SEO analysis not showing current site information

#35096
  • Hello,

I ran the site-wide SEO analysis and was happy to see a score of 76, however, under Advanced SEO mobile snippet it shows a new WordPress site coming soon that is not correct as the site is live for a while.
Regarding Canonicalization, I understand all URLs are now being directed to https;// version, so not sure why this is failing too?

Under performance, Minify CSS, I have now installed wp fastest cache plugin and in the settings, I have selected minify CSS, so I understand the CSS is getting minified, so wondering why this is also failing too?

    Thanks
    Jay

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It is likely that the test is running on cached copies or your pages. Could you please purge your site cache and run the sitewide SEO analysis once again and let us know if this persists?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

Thanks for the response, I am using wp fastest cache and I have cleared the cache through the plugin as well as from the browser, I have turned off the coming soon a while back and since then cache has been cleared a many times, so I don’t it is due to older chace.

    Thanks
    Jay

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

I have just now provided the details.

    Thanks
    Jay

    Hi Jay,

    Thank you for the access.

The two CSS and JS files that are triggering the errors are external files that have been enqueued on your pages and thus this cannot be minified from within your site.
    Screenshot

You can simply ignore this test since I have checked your pages and the rest of the internal scripts are adequately minified and will not affect performance.

    I hope this info helps.

Thank you very much for checking this Michael, I really appreciate your help.

    Thanks
    Jay
