  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We have identified the cause of this and fixed this internally, we will be releasing an update to address this soon.

We regret any inconvenience caused. Thank you.

    Hi Michael :),
Ive seen that you have rolled out an Update ive installed it.
And the Error still exists 🙁

    Kind Regards

    Hi Gregor,

We are really sorry about this but the logins you provided are not letting us access the plugins page. We cannot install or deactivate a plugin.

Can you please hook us up with some super admin access so we can check where the issue is coming from?

    Hi Todd :),
Sure thing ive granted you Super-Admin now 🙂
I already want to say thanks for your outstanding help 🙂

    Kind Regards

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the follow up.

I have been able to reproduce the error on the page, would you mind sharing some FTP access as well on the sensitive data section so that we can enable debugging to be able to diagnose what is causing the errors?

I am looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi Michael 🙂

    Thanks for your anwser 🙂
ive added the FTP und MYSQL datas 🙂

    Kind Regards

After enabling the WP_DEBUG option, I got Memory exhausted error in the SEO Analysis page. So you’ll have to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the memory limit.

Also, you are not using the latest version of WP. Your WP version is 4.9, although this is not the cause of the problem but it is recommended to use the latest version. Your plugins are also outdated and 53 plugins are active on your site.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi Todd,

First of all Thanks for your Anwser.

The Strange Part is that the Analysis works perfectly on other Sites of the Multisite where are some more Plugins activated.
Ive updated WordPress also to the latest version right now

About Increasing Memory Limit can i do that on my own in WP-Config or does the hoster need to do this?
Edit: If it helps i can give you access to another site where it works.
    Kind Regards

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

You will need to get in touch with your host to increase the memory assigned to your site.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.
