  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

To which e-mail address should I send the temporary WP login?

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

You can use s******@r*********** to generate the login link. Please make sure to share the link here in the sensitive data section.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The temporary access token has expired, could you please generate a new access token?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    I should work again. 🙂

Did you find out what the issue is?

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

I tried accessing your admin page and it seems the login link you shared still doesn’t work on my end. Could please check it again so we can further investigate the issue?

We are looking forward to helping you.

Hi Jeremy! I activated it again.

    Hello,

Upon further checking, I noticed that your focus keyword is not visible in your content. You may fix this by adding your keyword to your content or you can add it in your product’s short description:
    https://i.rankmath.com/l048h6
    https://i.rankmath.com/d7jSw5

Also, could you please follow this guide as your Elementor builder for the product page is somewhat missing its function in your template? https://elementor.com/help/the-content-area-was-not-found-error/

Let us know how it goes and we will further check the issue. Thank you

Thank you for the tips, Jeremy! 🙂

When I created the product pages, I realized that I could almost use none of the pre-defined elements (apart from product name and short description), since my layout is very different. That’s why I built the design with the regular Elementor elements. So these elements are not registered by RankMath, if I understand correctly, but are they also ignored by Google?

I have now added pictures with the keyword in the ALT field to the product “Erfolgskompass”, but the RankMath analysis regarding this factor has not changed.

Do the internal links and the H2 headlines also have to be in the product short description field for RankMath to register them?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math again.

Upon viewing the page source of your product page I did notice some images are missing the ALT tags. Also tried to access the page with Elementor to check on your SEO settings but it keeps bringing that error. Were you able to resolve it using the solution provided in the previous reply?

If you wish the ALT error to be recognized by Rank Math analysis, please add the keyword within your Featured image here: https://i.rankmath.com/SzbrG9

The internal and external links together with the heading tags do not have to be in the short description. In this case, since you are using Elementor you need to have them within Elementor’s page/body content section.

Hope this helps. We really look forward to helping you more.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

which images are missing the ALT tags.

If you wish the ALT error to be recognized by Rank Math analysis, please add the keyword within your Featured image here: https://i.rankmath.com/SzbrG9

I guess I’m wondering if these changes make any difference from a SEO perspective or only for the RankMath analysis…? I am using the keyword in an ALT tag of an image, where it is more appropriate, but that image is not the main one.

Also tried to access the page with Elementor to check on your SEO settings but it keeps bringing that error. Were you able to resolve it using the solution provided in the previous reply?

I don’t experience any errors with Elementor, so I’m unsure what you are referring to.

In this case, since you are using Elementor you need to have them within Elementor’s page/body content section.

    Aren’t they? https://ibb.co/pJ70fY3 from https://www.egocreo.at/buchen/workshop-acrylfarben-malen/

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math again.

Which images are missing the ALT tags.

As for the images missing the ALT tags here is one from the same page: https://i.rankmath.com/2Z5z5J

I guess I’m wondering if these changes make any difference from an SEO perspective or only for the RankMath analysis…?

These SEO analyses are only meant to guide you in your on-page SEO to help you achieve better rankings. You should not take them religiously are they are just a guide.

I don’t experience any errors with Elementor, so I’m unsure what you are referring to.

This was a content error from my end but it seems to have resolved already. However, I just noticed that you are using Elementor templates within your product pages. This is the reason why the Rank Math SEO option is not working as well.

Rank Math only works on Elementor default pages and not templates as you have used in this page.
You have implemented the focus keyword on the WordPress editor section and not the Elementor SEO tab section.

So if you want Rank Math to fully analyze the content on your page, avoid using an Elementor template.

Instead, edit your product page using Elementor and ensure that it is not liked to a template so that you can access the SEO tab of your products page as shown here: https://i.rankmath.com/t6noMv

Hope this helps. In case you are stuck somewhere do let us know and we will help you out.
We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hey Brian,

sorry, I must have missed the notification about your reply, which was very helpful! 🙂 Thank you for the advice, I will continue to work on this and improve my website. If I encounter any further difficulties with the product pages, I will get back to you.
