SEO analysis errors

    Rank Math free

    I am confused as how to fix these errors when running SEO analysis.
    The www and non-www versions of your URL are not redirected to the same site.

    I have entered a non-WWW. canonical URL in the page settings and with regard to the “alt” errors all have alt image descriptions entered.
    Can you help please?
    Thanks

    Hi,

    Please try your domain name without like http://www.domain.uk

    Replace your domain name with domain above.

    This will load your website in non-secure format and with the www-prefix. You will see that you will get a 503 error. Ideally, this should redirect to your actual website which is why Rank Math is showing that error.

    About your missing alt images, please check your home-page page source. You will notice there is no image alt text on these images:

    <img src="https://xxxsandradiators.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Logo-4.jpg">
    <img src="https://xxxsandradiators.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Webp.net-resizeimage-5.jpg" alt="" title="#slidecaption1">
    <img src="https://xxxsandradiators.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Webp.net-resizeimage-3-min.jpg" alt="" title="#slidecaption2">
    <img src="https://xxxsandradiators.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Webp.net-resizeimage-4-min.jpg" alt="" title="#slidecaption3">

    Seems like of them is your logo – you can add the alt text by editing the header.php file

    The rest are the slider images that you can fix using your slider plugin or by editing your theme’s index.php file. If you are unsure, please talk to your theme provider.

    Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
