    Rank Math free

    Hi Guys,

I’ve been using Rankmath for a little while now (about a month?) and my SEO analysis is empty, although my connection with google search console is set properly. Also the correct analytics account is connected. *its about the website http://www.cvk-design.nl. Also they keywords and other tracking data appears to be empty. Are there any settings i missed or is there some error forming?

    Thanks for your reply!

    Kinds regards,

    Stephen

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you confirm if there are any error messages upon clicking the Start Site-Wide Analysis button in SEO Analysis? Please edit the first post on this ticket and include a link to the screenshot or screen-recording of the issue in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for that information.

I couldn’t see any issue in the SEO Analysis based on the screenshots you have provided. Are you referring to the failed tests?

For the missing data in the Analytics, could you please follow the steps in the link below?

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Thank you for your reply.

Before i trace those steps to show the analytics data, do i have to have a paid account, or am i able to see the analytics with the free account as well? I’m planning to do the rankmath paid in the future, but for now its the free version..

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hi Guys,

Thanks so much for all the efforts! The manually fetching process is now going on, says it should be finished in little under an hour. I will let you know if it works and reply here.

    Thanks,

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

    That sounds great.

We are here should you need us.

    Hi Guys,

I still don’t get any results in the Analytics section. There are no keywords shown, no clicks, search impressions or ctr, everything is set at 0.

Besides that, when “refetch” the data from google, after about a minute or two, the process stops as though it has ended… Seems to mee thats a bit to short to fetch all that data, maybe there is something blocking the uploading of the data into RankMath?

Thanks so much for your help!

    Kind regards,

    Stephen

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Using the account you used to start the thread, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
