I have been able to login and this issue seems to be resulting from a conflict with one of your installed plugins. I did my best to try to isolate the culprit using the Health check & troubleshooting plugin but the conflict seems to affect it as well.
You will need to manually deactivate your plugins one after the other to identify the one that is causing the conflict.
