  • Hi Phil,

I just tried the logins and they are not working:

Can you please check from your end?

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I have just logged in to your site but I could not reproduce any issues on the SEO analysis page, please take a look at this screenshot:

Please do a hard refresh on your browser to clear any cached JS/ data on your end. You could also test this out from a different device and let me know if you can replicate the behavior.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

    Using Chrome browser

Cleared all cached items and yes all worked showing SEO Analysis BUT THEN
Could not update entries on the summary page and when I refreshed the page the same server 500 error. Cleared the cache again and restarted browser cleared cache and attempted analysis and the same problem persists

I have also tried other browsers

    Hi Phil,

We have fixed the issue for you. Please check.

We dropped the rank_math_seo_analysis_results option from your DB and that fixed the problem.

We will introduce a solution for that in the next update.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
