I have pretty much the same issue. I have cleared cache, cleared SEO analysis and after weeks of work My scores don’t change. It’s like I am beating my head against a wall and see no progress. I have fixed 30+ pages and the score NEVER changes! Same percentage score, same passed score same number for failed scores. What am I missing?
