Could you please share your site URL so we can check from our end?
You should also check your site status with this tool: https://httpstatus.io/ and ensure it returns a 200 OK. The SEO analysis will only work if your site is returning 200 OK status.
If the issue persists, ensure your web server is not blocking access to our API.
Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.98 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.
If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.
Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.
