Seeing a cached version of my site

    Hi there,

    I am a web developer in Nottingham, England and I host my client’s websites and have been using RankMath for a while now on my own site for evaluation purposes hoping to roll it out however I have been analysing my homepage and making changes to it like for example adding image alt tags and adding the twitter account in the settings etc, yet for some reason when I re-analyse the homepage it fails to see the changes. I then went and cleared the Cloudflare Cache and it still doesn’t see the changes on re-analysis so I opened a different browser and viewed the source of the page and the source showed the changes I had made so I was wondering what RankMath actually scans because it seems to be an older version of the site it’s looking at and not what I have changed. Can you advise please as I would love to sell an SEO service to my clients by using the pro version but it fails on these points and I am losing confidence.

    Could you please also check the affected URL in our external analyzer and see if the issue still persists? https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

    If the issue is already fixed there, please head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database tools > Flush SEO analysis data and Remove Rank Math Transients, then perform SEO analysis again.

    Hi Jaideep,

    Yes that’s way better. Why do you think the plugin version isn’t picking up changes?

    I’m using Oxygen builder for the site with Oxy Toolbox plugin which offers rankmath support for Oxygen builder.

    Are there any plugins that conflict with Rankmath?

    Thanks for getting back.

    Did you try Flushing SEO Analysis Data and Removing Rank Math Transients? If the SEO Analyzer didn’t work even after that then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I have sent the link as suggested (great idea). I have nno idea how to flush SEO Analysis Data and remove Rank Math Transients but if you have an article on how to do that I will have a go.

    I logged in to your website and cleared SEO Analysis cache and Rank Math transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools
    seo

    Then, I re-ran the SEO Analysis and it got updated.

    Please check on your end if the issue is fixed.
